Fee Assistance for Enrichment Programs

Fee Assistance is available to families who qualify for Educational Benefits through Lakeville Area Schools. Please complete and submit this form at least four business days before registration opens to ensure our team has enough time to process your request.  Please keep in mind that fee assistance approval does not guarantee a spot in the program; if a class is full, you may still be prompted to join a waitlist. Once approved, you will be sent a unique, one-time discount code to enter at checkout for your specific class.  Please note that a separate form must be submitted for each individual discount you wish to receive. We will reach out to you directly if there are any issues with your application.
