The following procedures will be implemented in the event it is necessary to modify the normal schedule of District activities as a result of inclement weather or for other reasons.
A decision about afternoon and evening Community Education activities and community facility use will be made by 1:00 p.m. This includes Aquatics, Youth Enrichment and Adult Enrichment programs.
All ECFE, Small Wonders and Kid Zone programs will be canceled.

All children scheduled for Kid Zone will be sent according to their emergency card or remain with Kid Zone instructors until parents pick them up.
A decision will be made by the Community Education Manager(s) in concert with the Director of Community Education and the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds as early as practicable on the day affected.
When the decision involves community facility use, a decision will be made by the Facility Use Coordinator in concert with the Director of Community Education and the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds as early as practicable on the day affected.
When the decision involves Kid Zone, a decision will be made by the Kid Zone Director in concert with the Director of Community Education and the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds between 4:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. on the day affected.
